Geraldine Hill, 93, of Forsyth died Friday, May 5, 2017 in the Forsyth Nursing and Rehab
Center. Services will be private. Interment will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery,
Geraldine Hill was born Sunday, April 27, 1924 in Crossroads, MO to Nim Rod and Nora
(Hodges) McIntosh. She attended school in Bradleyville. After school she became a
homemaker and lived in Springfield, Buffalo, Independence and 2009 moved to Forsyth.
She married Howard Hill on November 25, 1957 in Springfield.
Geraldine was a quiet lady that enjoyed reading and art. She was fun-loving and never
complained. She also had a good sense of humor. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by a son, Ted McIntosh and wife, Cheryl of Leewood, KS; three
brothers, Robert McIntosh and wife, Sue of Springfield, Paul McIntosh of Springfield,
Tommy McIntosh and wife, Darlene of Springfield; Two sisters, Donna Bilyeu of
Springfield, Roberta Davis of Sayre, OK; two grandchildren Medina Kelsey, Michelle
Fisher; seven great-grandchildren and thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard Hill; four brothers, Richard,
Bobby, Ralph, Charlie McIntosh and three sisters, Goldie, Vivian and Janice.
